I can not comment on the Cafe, but I can vouch for the Lindburg CERM and Quick Reference. I passed my first time...
I basically studied only the CERM, making notes in the Ref. as I went. I rarely opened another book during studying.
During the test, I used the Ref. 80%+ of the time, occasionally delving into the CERM. I rarely opened another book during the test. Only during the final "crunch" during the last minutes did I go to my texts to scramble for a few points.
Best of luck, stay calm, review what you know, glance at what you don't and you'll do fine.
Remember: The Chinese ideogram for “crisis” is comprised of the characters for “danger” and “opportunity.”
