How do you determine the INPUT VALUES for FRAME & CENTERLINE in SAP2000 v15?

I need help with applying lane loads, now labeled PATH load in sap2000 v15 - I have no idea how to use effectively the FRAME # and Center line offset # input values. WHAT ARE THESE VALUES? HOW does one determine them? Thank you.
