How do you change rotational view from MMB?

I'm using a Deathadder which is known for having its MMB failing after a while, of course mine did. I want to change the setting in which you grab the piece with the MMB and you're able to rotate it around however you wish to one of the buttons on the side of the mouse. I can't find this setting under Tools > Customize. Does anyone know how to change this function?
