How do I get specs for military salvage parts?

I have some fans that I've purchased through a government auction. I'd like to get fan curves and other data, but I don't know what information is publicly available. I've tried contacting the original manufacturer, but got a one-liner email saying that they couldn't (wouldn't?) help.

The NSN is 4140-01-093-5829. It's built by Ronal Insustries.

I don't work within the military industrial complex, so navigating this stuff is new to me. Any hints?

Here are a couple items I found by using google on the part number. It looks like using the free trial to NSN now you may be able to get the tech manual or other technical information.

Thanks for the response. I found those sites, but I'm apprehensive about signing up for services that typically don't deliver what was promised in terms of information. NSN didn't ask for a credit card, so I'll give it a try.
