How do i extract force matrix from Nastran using DMAP statements?

Hi,

Am able to extract the Stiffness and Mass matrices from Nastran using DMAP statments?

Would like to know how to extract Force matrix, when we do non-linear analyis using SOL 106.

Would be greatly helpful, if anyone has already done that.
