Dear All,
I have one consolidated safety valve type 1811 used for LP Steam safety valve. before inspection , Function test had performed to record the data and it was found long blowdown about 15%. then during inspection I set it to initial set refer to expressed in name plate ,then when Function test had performed again(after inspection) it was still found long blowdown so I adjusted nozzle ring (lower ring) up to the limit of thread but the result was still remain
Does anybody has the experience about this please suggest me
