How can I set the ANSYS_SYSDIR enviroment variables?

Hi,
I just installed Ansys Version 12 and when I start Mechanical APDL (Ansys) I see a popup with the message:

Both the ANSYS120_DIR and ANSYS_SYSDIR enviroment variables must be set to run the ANSYS Mechanical APDL launcher, and either one or both of these are not set.

So, How or where can I set the ANSYS_SYSDIR enviroment variables?
