How can I make a role in NX 9 containing all commands i need ?

when I was working in NX 8,i already have a rule but when I have setup NX 9 and try to load my role from (Tool........customize.....roles.. Load),unfortunately it did not work?

note : My role was a file with (*.mtx extension)
