how can I get step files from NX with the assembly structure ?

I want to get step file from NX with assembly structure[model tree], to be used in Catia V5. is it possible ?

From within NX, export STEP and select Entire Part from the dialog. Just to be clear, assembly structure is NOT the model tree - that would be the features used to make each model, which obviously won't be included in a neutral file translation like STEP, IGES or DXF.
