How can I check the ultimate limit state and fatigue limit state for my structure?

I am working on a grouted joint in offshore wind turbines, and I have been given load history which consists of loads and moments in the XYZ direction which change with time (both in magnitude and direction) to be applied to this model.

Typically the governing limit states for a grouted connection are yielding and buckling in the ULS and fatigue of steel and grout in the FLS. So I need to check yielding and buckling for ULS, and I believe this must be done according to standards? - I have two standards I am looking at:

"Eurocode 3: Design of steel structures - Part 1-1: General rules and rules for buildings" - this one contains formulas

"Eurocode 3 - Design of steel structures - Part 1-6: Strength and Stability of Shell Structures " - this one does not have formulas, only text

So if I am to check yielding and buckling according (ULS), would it be correct to do it according to these standards? And if so, do I use Part 1-1: General rules and rules for buildings since here are formulas. And then again, should I for example do 6.2.10 Bending, shear and axial force for ULS and 6.3.3 for buckling since these two sections seem to encompass everything?

I would like to remind your last thread thread507-473923

and my last respond copy and paste from that thread ;

Dear drennon236....

Thank you very much for keeping us involved in this important project and you are not the one who abandons an important thread once they get what they want .

and IMO, sometimes keeping silence is gold

Good luck...
