How are icons applied to .exe files produced with VB?

I specified an icon for the form, but I don't know how to make it show in the directory where it' saved.

lefowler, if you add an icon to the startup form, then that icon will be shown for the exe file you generate. Or am I understanding your question incorrectly ?
