house plumbing design

I am working on a project of three-story house plumbing design. Need some guidance and want to know anyone could tell me what's the best resources, any plumbing book for example? Thanks in advance.

If the property is in a state using the International Codes, and if it is a single or double occupancy type home, you will need to use the residential code. If it is more occupancies, then use the plumbing code.

A good resource is ASPE (American Society of Plumbing Engineers), website:

They have several books and guidance documents for plumbing design.
