Working in coordination of several systems in ceiling area with 1 m height in a hospital ,so I am facing a lot of issues ,please help:

1- Routing Water supply pipes in ceiling with about 3 bar can we step up several times (by using 3 elbows ) as by that we are change the center line of the pipe 3 times to avoid other systems.

2- In firefighting (wet sprinklers system) can we step down or rise up by about 50 cm in the main pipe to avoid a crossing HVAC duct and what are the restriction for routing fire pipes.

3- In drainage pipe with slop 2% can we use a step down to avoid a duct with 2 (45 deg. Elbows ) to change the IL by 50 cm downward and how it will affect the velocity ,and will it be ok if it's in the start of the network.

4- In storm drain with slope 1% can we use a step down by 45 deg. Elbow to avoid other pipes (down by 500 mm ) ,we are afraid of increasing of the velocity in case of heavy drain

5- Restriction as per American standard for coordination of ceiling with several systems (Electrical, water supply, drain, HVAC, fire-fighting, data cable,…)

These are all common field installation issues so there should not be any issues.

With the water pipes, just watch creating any inverted U bends (going up and then back down) which can create air pockets which can be difficult to eliminate in the field.

45 degree offsets in drainage piping will increase velocity, but since it is for a short span, should not have any negative impact and may actually help with increased scouring.

I can avoid the U bends in water system as u said.
but for the drain I am afraid of increasing the velocity plus the 2% slope will be too much ??
is it ok also for the storm drainage with slope 1% ??? taking in consideration that the area is having heavy rain

what about the fire-fighting routing ?? offset up and down restriction ??

Drainage piping is commonly sloped at 2% with no issue. Pipe is commonly offset at 45 degree to miss other trades - so long as the length of pipe at 45 degrees is not too long. A few feet is ok - more and there could be issues on sanitary from toilets, but not too worried about storm.

For the fire sprinklers, extra offsets just add fittings which will add friction loss. A few is not a big deal. More could cause pressure drop concerns.
