5.0m Diameter Reinforced Concrete Collar, 1.5m deep and 2.0m width.
Side design pressure from the earth to be 30KN/m-sq I am trying to find compression force to check concrete agains to compression.
Could you tell me how to calculate hoop stress?

pR/t ... from your post i'm not sure if the thickness is 2m (that'd leave a 1m hole, which looks a bit odd to me)
