Are you look to build an entire system or just the main control components? To be honest you can normaly purchase security components (i.e motion sensors, door contacts ect) from a security wholesale company for a fraction of the cost of a pro install.These are the companies most security contractors buy from. I don't know any websites but I hope this helps.
