Home appliances that remain on standby mode untill turned on manually.

Hello

I need a circuit diagram for something that will cause
any home appliance to go in standby mode first as soon as its pluged in the wall outlet and is then turned on manually just like most television sets sold nowadays).

Where I live there are serveral occasions when the power
is cutoff and then comes back on in less than 2 seconds.
This does not gives me enough time to unplug the
refrigerator which should be given atleast 3 minutes
to restart again safely.
Please suggest me something that will connect with
any home appliance first and then to the wall outlet.

Use a relay (single pole, normally open, coil=line V ) Insert the contact in series with the appliance. Connect its coil parallel with the appliance.

Bypass the contacts with a momentary switch. If you close
this, the coil is energized, and from this point the contacts short the mom. switch i.e. keep the power ON.

Suggestion: Essentially, what is needed is a lockout circuit with a reset. I suggest that you have it implemented by the licensed contractor or electrician/technician, since there may be more involved than the power on/off, e.g. undervoltage situation that is also dangerous to motors. One relay or device properly designed could protect it all.
