Hollow Section moment connection design

Does anyone know of any software or spreadsheets which are good for designing moment connections between universal columns and square hollow sections. (preferably a free downloadable piece of software)

This is a very basic connection to do by hand - it is actually quicker than entering it into a computer if you know what you are doing.

End plate, 2 bolts Tand B, check bolts for prying and tension,check end plate and column flanges for bending, check welds.

Once you have done it a couple of times write yourself a spreadsheet if you really think it will help.
