Hollow Concrete Section

Does anyone know where I can find information or guidelines for designing a hollow concrete section. These could be beams with fixed ends, or slanted columns with the beams attached into them?

They can be used this way if wanted. Design guidelines use to appear in relation with torsion, mainly. Will try to find something.
