HITACHI SEIKI 2ML VERTICAL MILLER

I am having problems with the hydraulic clutch, whenever it is put into feed on any axis it doesn't engage. It will move in rapid and manual but not normal feed. If anyone has any ideas or hydraulic drawing please let me know
