CNCHK5 Vertical and horizontal cutting Foam Machine

I'm Looking for support for CNCHK5 machine. Please HELP!!!!!! Problem with vertical blade, when we speed up the blade, the blade brake.

The problem is with vertical blade. when I START running the blade on regular starting speed, everything is ok, but when I want to speed it up, blade brake.
I took off both servos motor and I noticed that the one gearbox does not rotate as smoothly as the other one
