higher order elements by revolve

Can we create higher order elements by revolving.
E.g creating 3-d elements by revolving 2-d elements.
If so how to do that

See the EXTOPT command and consider using a type 200 element for your area mesh. Then use any of the extrusion methods to revolve your mesh.
