I am seeking a ceramic material to use as heat store at 850C.

What would be the highest heat cap. ceramic?

Thanks

Nothing too exotic or expensive.

Thanks

Phase change (melting)will store far more heat than simple heat capacity. For example, the melting point of sodium chloride is 801C with a heat of fusion of 123 cal/g.
