High Temperature Shut off valves 1502 F (820 C)

Max pressure 16 bar (232 PSI)
Bore ranges from 25mm to 50mm
End connections should be Flanged/weld.

Media: Contact gas: hydrogen, carbon dioxide, water vapour.

I need help to find a supplier who can supply this.
 
I would think the valve msut be a weld end valve, since a flanged style would have unacceptable thermal streses in the flange if the bore is at 1500 F. Also, for such a high operating temperature, a thernmal stress/ fatigue analysis and creep fatigue analysis of teh valve body must be conducted to ascertain the permitted warmup and cooldown rates, even for such a small valve.

For the 25 mm valve a socke weld style would be more common.

I think this high a design temperature valv has been used in the gasification industry. Corrosion properties woudl also be of high importance.
