Hi All,
I am looking for High Temperature Linear Actuator for Conveyor Oven Belt Tracking system.

The linear Actuator should withstand a temperature of 250-300 deg Centigrade or 480 deg F to 575 deg F

Can anyone help me to find suitable linear Actuator manufacturer for High Temperature Applications.

Thanks in Advance.

Actuators are usually mounted outside of the oven and a mechanical linkage goes into the oven.

Thanks compositepro,
I checked with vendors, & found electric linear actuators are suitable for only 60-80(Max)deg centigrade

I think Compositepro has the ideal solution; if your drive is outside the oven, you've probably got enough space to mount the actuator outside the oven as well.

Barring that, we'd need some input regarding the stroke length, load, accuracy, motion profile, etc.

We have several precision linear actuators used in our processes here at a proprietary steel mfg plant. There are some linear bearing arrangements that will operate in elevated temperatures (see Graphalloy among others). But high temps are very rough on servo motors and electronic drives. We try to isolate those components from the heat as much as possible, using physical separation and insulating components. One thing we have done successfully is to enclose them in a semi-insulated metal enclosure and feed a continuous stream of low pressure compressed air into it. That keeps the temps within the shroud in a workable region for us.
