We have light fixture 2X 36 watt, 240 Volt florescent lamps with ballast, and we found MCB always tripped due to damage of the ballast and wiring inside light fixture, then we measured the temperature at light fixture during normal operation we found it reached to 100 C because it is between two furnaces and its required lighting at this area.

Please can you give me name of manufacturer have light fixture with high temperature around 90 C or 100 C with ballast explosion proof Type: Ex s e q d II C T4

That will be tough... Can you duct make up combustion air or some other air past the fixture? This would probably let the fixture continue to work.

Petrel's range might have something suitable. The T4 classification is going to be tough to meet with a IIC gas group.
