I need a DC/DC SSR with fast swiching time, <0.05 ms. Input 12VDC 0.3A, output 12-24VDV >3A. Can anybody recommend a product?

That's called a MOSFET..
Do you need it all prepackaged or are you putting it onto a PC board?
Your 0.05ms = 50us. That's fast.
