High Rise Apartments - Sprinklers in the closets

I have a high rise apt building being retrofitted to an apartment building and am wanting to confirm that Nfpa 13 2010 D.1.1.6 thru D.1.1.6.3 would apply.

My main concern is making sure this applies to high rise buildings.
