Is there such a device to trap and release any high pressure gas that could get into stream to storage (i.e. loss of water boot level in overhead receiver ) before it gets into the tank? I heard there is a "vapor trap" (don't know if this is the correct terminology), but my searches don't throw any results. airbus

I published an Oil & Gas Journal article on November 5 describing a device I've invented (patent pending) to recover gas from a liquid stream at a pressure appropriate for sending to a sales line. The GasBuster article (actually the content, Oil & Gas Journal holds the copyright to the formatted material and want too much money for reprints) is on my web site.
