High Performance Downforce

I was wondering if anyone has a good way to estimate downforce mathematically on a race car wing, specifically a sprint car wing. For those that have no idea what a sprint car wing looks like, it is 25 ft^2 and has side panels on either side. It also has a 1 inch wickerbill or lip on the rear edge. Any tips would be great.
 
Give me your data and I'll calculate the DF.
Wing Span, Chord, Camber, Degree of the Chord relative to the ground.
MPH of the Df you wanted to measure.
Air Temp
Air Pressure
Wind Conditions

I am surprised that neither of you mentioned longitudinal axis of wing vs direction of travel.

Sprint cars get quite sideways and I would think this has a substantial effect on down force. I would also expect that the design of the side panels will also have a substantial influence on this.
