I am studying the impact of vacuum circuit breakers on distribution transformers with different load types.
I was wondering if anybody knows where I can get the parameters ( the actual RLC values and equivalent circuit) of a three-phase 1MVA transformer model(12.47kV-480v, delta-wye connected). I am specially interested in the high frequency response ( resonance points).
The model is to be used in EMTP.

Any help is highly appreciated

Essentially, capacitances:
1. Between primary and secondary windings has to be considered
2. Primary winding capacitance in parallel to the transformer input
3. Secondary winding capacitance in parallel to the transformer output
