I have a doubt about which standard should I use a for designing piping system, but not the type and those things, I mean not the 31.3.ASME!!
I want to know wich standard should I use to analize and design piping system, head loss, max velocitis, etc...

There isn't any general standard for hydraulic design of pipelines that I know about.

If you are askng about Oil Hydraulic systems you might find what you are looking for at the National Fluid Power assoc. here.
This for the USA only.

British Fluid Power assac. has similar standards I believe.

Caution. There are MAJOR differences between fluid power and piping/ pipeline design issues.

Hello Julio. I don´t know what you want?
The Hidraulic Institute is a good begining. For steam or air i recommend Crane Manual, Arsmstrong manual, spirax sarco guidelines, Spence guide. you must specify the fuid and operation conditions.
