hi...this is my first time in this forum and this is sooooo very informative an educational...i just wanna ask a questions regarding oil processing or extraction in avocado and coconut,is it possible that can be extracted in small scale operation,i mean instead of building a huge plant in crushing and making edible oil from this fruit it will be started in small scale only by using small machines to earn another income by the farmers..../is it possible...thanks...
