Delrin is acetal. It will definitely fail at low ph.
Also it is not an elastomer.
Glass fibres might present a problem with FDA
Also, as this is a non comercial, technical forum, i think we should try to avoid trade names, or at least give more than one companies, if trade names are necessary for clarity
PTFE (Teflon, Fluon, Hostaflon) is also not an elastomer, but I agree, it is a soft polymer and might do from that point of view. It meets all other requirements except creep resistance, for which it is terrible.
