Hi,
I've done a quasi-static simulation in my studying, I used aluminum alloy 6,000 series which is not sensitive to the strain rate.
I speed up the load rate until the ratio of kinetic energy to internal energy is less than 5% to maintain the quasi-static condition.
now, I've received the below comment from a referee of the journal I sent my paper to.
I don't understand the exact point of his/her comment, what should i do?

the referee said:The authors mentioned that the material is strain rate insensitive. The discussion of the internal and kinetic energy can be suppressed given the material selected.
