i want to know how much time it takes to replace the first shell thickness is 36 mm (the one welded to the the bottom)
TANK DETAILS:
Type : cylindrical with a fixed roof
Diameter : 33 m
Product stored : liquid sulfur

There are so many variables to this that no one here can give you a reasonable answer, only gross generalizations.

first shell dimension : 23mm x 2Mx12,5 m

if i use 4 welders how much time it will take me replace it?

The first two and one half years are spent walking the beaches looking for the perfect shell or shells, then you also have to find someone with a perfect bottom too. And, they’re hard to come by these days, that’s a lot to ask, in a fairly short time.
