hi.
i need some help with abaqus . i have a 3D model of femur bone in which some pixel are deleted manually to induce a disease condition. I am interested in to calculate stress at those nodes were pixel were deleted?
how can i extract stress at those points?/

you want the stress at a node you've (intentionally) deleted ? only two ideas come to mind ...

1) the stress around the hole (easily recovered, so this isn't your problem), or
2) run the intact model (with the node, without the hole) and see the stress there.
