Hi. I need some advice:
A 50mm2 3C Cu cable 22kV was terminated on a pole top, and the other end terminated on a 22kV minisub. The cable was meggered before and after the termination. The fuse links were closed on the pole top and everything went well.
Two days later, the client called the contractor and informed him the termination on the minisub flashed. The line did not trip, but the red phase blew the fuse on the pole top.
What could be the probable cause?
Below I will send pictures of the flash on the red phase.
