Hi guys,
I am trying to figure out when the CO2 is compressed, how is it going to increase the temperature?
Is there formula to follow for calculations?

Thanks!
Jay

Be careful with CO2 - its k value is more sensitive to both pressure and temp compared to other chemicals.
And polytropic eff plots for compressor must be developed specifically for CO2 in this operating P/T range.
Use a process simulator's compressor unit operation routine to get the results( with tailored polytropic ε for CO2)using the ASME procedure; run of the mill NGPSA calcs for compressor performance are not well suited for nonideal gases such as CO2;error in results may be more.
