We have a High Frequency Quenching system used to harden rods. We have been blowing transistor in the oscillator cabinet and now we are getting too high of amps on the readouts when we run the machine. Use to run at around 220V at 220amps now its running at 241V at 270 amps. Continues to blow transistor and also kicks out the breakers. any ideas If we lower our amp settings to get back into spec the voltage also drops off and the quality is not exceptable on the hardening. If we try to run the way we are we will blow transistors and also a little ceramic box in the top of the oscillator cabinet gets very hot and started to smoke.
