IS IT POSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE DATA THROUGH PORTS USING VISUAL BASIC, IF YES HOW?. CAN VB BE USED TO CONTOL MACHINES.PLS GIVE ME SUGESSTIONS.

Hi,

It is very well possible using Visual Basic. I have been doing it for the past 2 years.

You can use MSCOMM control to communicate via Serial port & you have to use some API for Parallel port.

OK and how about programming to receive data from USB?
