help with front and rear track plz

hi,

am new to car design and am trying to build an ev for getting to work.

i know the wheel base is front to rear hub centers, but dont know the ref points for the front and rear track widths.

Centre of tyre tread to centre of tyre tread, I think at ground level but I am not sure on the last point
