I'm trying to get, force to get the special blend at convex/concave Y blend option in one blend feature. As the second blend feature it works, can you tell me more to get more control on this option...

I'm not sure exactly what it is that you were expecting. Can you at least draw a picture of what you're looking for? BTW, I think you will find that this works better when adding smaller secondary blends to a larger primary blend.

I'm expecting the convex/concave Y blend option working in a single blend feature with Y edge situations. Or did get something wrong what are the limitation on Y edges?
Then I think it would be best if you blended the vertical edge first, followed by blending the other edges . . . instead of trying to do them all at the same time.
It can't be done as a single blend. Your example can only work as two separate blends since you need to include the circular edge of the first blend as part of the path for the second blend. Otherwise there is no situation in which the Concave/Convex condition will exist. Note that the so-called 'Y' is where the convex and concave faces share a common edge without 'rolling-around' the corner, which is what any 'rolling-ball' blend will try to do unless you tell it otherwise, which is what this option is doing, telling the blend to not 'roll' but to just 'move along' the edges selected while staying tangent to the adjoining faces.
