HELP w/ commercial building

Hello, i have recently been given the task of designing a commercial building, i normally only deal w/residential, i have a few code questions, i need to know the Exterior wall construction required for a warehouse that will be made out of concrete and masonry units. Fire wall ratings will help too since the material is given. Also, fire rated doors and windows...I have a list here and i have no idea where to find the information other then the International building code however, that costs a pretty penny! IF you can help please do so.
