Help to export the .odb into .vtk file format

Hello all,

I'm trying to export my last step frame to .vtk format.
I used the code from

but it doesn't work.
What I need exactly is to export my geometry, residual stress and displacement data.
I'm new with Abaqus and VTK but I searched the documentation from both and didn't found that much to solve my problem.
