HELP: Solid Edge Computer Fan Modeling

I need to draw an 80mm computer fan using Solid Edge. I desperately need either step by step instructions or if anyone has a computer fan file that is already drawn that I can modify, that would be great.

I found the segurucool website. However, I can't even make the "HUB" needed to start. If you could give me directions for the "hub" that would be great.
