Actually, I am not an expert in MATLAB; i am treating to find how i can generate C codes from MATLAB but i can not. Let me to describe better what i am doing and what i want to get:
I have m-files from MATLAB that i want to convert to C++ code, but i am not working in Simulink.
I will appreciate if you can give me more specific information about it.

IRstuff gave an answer. I will elaborte. The resultant C code still needs MATLAB math libraries. If you are doing this to circumvent the Mathworks license agreement, do not post here. If not, then you must have a license already or you can purchase one.
