Dear all,

when i tried to design the concrete beam, a warning message popouts stating the "could not use 2 minimum flexural bars. no code check possible" and "unable to provide minimum steel as per global parameters". Beam is not designed here. Also how the member forces, beam and column separately can be displayed. please help. I have attached model.

best regards
Yash

Sorry Yash, But, I can't help you much. I'm running the current version 13 of the program and it is not producing the type of behavior that you are describing. I even tried running the model in version 11.02 which is what was used to save that file. no luck. I'm still not getting the behavior you describe.

My guess is you are running a damaged version of the program.

Dear JoshPlum,
thanks for the response. I thought i should reinstall the program. but it does not work.

I'd suggest going through our technical support to determine why this version has been damaged / corrupted. It's really more than can be handled through this forum.

Any chance your company can install one of the newer versions? If so, then install into a new directory (like C:\RISA_New\) to insure that any corrupted files that are in the current folder don't get copied over.
