Try this link, it takes you directly to an S5 programming manual.

Then scroll down to the documents in subfolder section.

You could also get there by selecting the link JACEKD posted but traverse the folders in the left hand pane. Automation Systems-->Simatic Industrial Automation-->PLC-->Simatic S5. Select the S5 PLC you are working with or just download the documentation listed in the right hand pane when you get to the Simatic S5 folder.
