Help needed using lbs/minute per square inch of shank

Fist of all, thank you for viewing this thread and for any help that you may provide.

I need to figure out a load rate for a test, can you help by providing me with the formula? The calculation is as follows:

The test has to be done at rates producing 100,000 lbs/minute per square inch of fastener shank area. The fastener shank diameter is .132, area is 0.013685.
