I have a copy of that paper, somewhere. Unfortunately, it was pre-digital and unless someone scanned it and uploaded it to the web somewhere it will be a hard document to locate on the Internet.

Additionally, the Australian Institute of Steel Construction no longer exists as this name/entity. I think it is now the Australian Steel Institute.

Let me check my old steel documents and if I locate it I shall scan it and upload to this thread.

If you have trouble finding it, they had a [likely similar] paper in ASCE's structural journal: 'BUCKLING OF SUSPENDED I-BEAMS', Journal of Structural Engineering, Vol.116, No. 7, July, 1990. You can buy it on ASCE's web site. (I have it myself.)
